In both roles, you will use your clinical knowledge to assess individuals applying for financial support, evaluating how their condition affects their daily life and ability to work.This hybrid role allows for a healthy work-life balance, with 50% home-based working and 50% on-site in Ashford. Enjoy the stability of structured hours—no shifts, no weekends, and no bank holidays.  Who Can Apply?To be eligible, you must be an Adult Registered Clinician with:
  • Full and clean registration with the NMC or HCPC
  • A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
  • A background in one of the following Adult-Only professions:
  • Adult-Only Occupational Therapist
  • Adult-Only Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Adult-Only Paramedic
  • Adult-Only Physiotherapist
  • Adult-Only Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Strong IT and typing skills to manage case documentation and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Disability Assessor, your role will involve:
  • Conducting detailed functional assessments of adult claimants applying for PIP or WCA
  • Evaluating how a claimant’s condition affects their daily living and ability to work
  • Writing clear, evidence-based reports to support benefit eligibility decisions
  • Engaging with claimants in a professional, compassionate, and supportive manner
  • Utilising IT systems to document case files and reports efficiently
  • Working independently while being part of a multidisciplinary team
