Role Overview:Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with stroke and neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement treatment for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Mentor and support junior staff and students.
  • Contribute to the department's clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:Essential:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • At least 2 years of NHS experience.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Significant experience working as a physiotherapist in a relevant clinical area.
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge in stroke and neuro rehabilitation.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Desirable:

  • Additional post-graduate qualifications in neurology or stroke.
  • Experience in a Band 7 role or equivalent.
