Job Title: Product Lighting Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a Product/Technical Lighting Engineer to join their expert team and uphold the highest quality standards in product testing, development, and assembly line management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about innovation in LED lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product testing and batch testing to ensure the highest output quality.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, including managing "faulty" returns and collaborating with the Sales Office for clarification.
- Play a key role in product development, ensuring new designs meet safety and performance standards.
- Liaise with 3rd party labs and testing facilities to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Create and update assembly procedures, SOPs, and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize assembly line management, working alongside LED lighting technicians to streamline operations.
About You
- A background in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in product testing, technical documentation, and troubleshooting is essential.
- Knowledge of LED lighting systems and components is a significant advantage.
