Summary

Lynx Recruitment is working with a world-leading optical technology provider, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their innovative optical technology company in Ashford, specialising in medical and life science instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery in medical device manufacturing
  • Manage cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners
  • Oversee process validation and regulatory compliance (ISO13485, FDA, MDR)
  • Drive internal/external presentations and stakeholder management
  • Monitor project financials and maintain detailed documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
  • Project management certification (CPM, PMP, or Prince2) preferred
  • Strong electronics and mechanics knowledge
  • Experience with validation, verification, and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Project
  • ERP systems experience
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
