HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Quality Controller for a permanent position located near Ashford.
The role offers a salary ranging from £30,000 to £32,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Technical Manager with food safety, quality, and hygiene practices, as well as conducting audits and daily taste panels.
Candidates must have at least Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with immediate start availability.

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quality Controller for their client based in the outskirts of Ashford.

This is a Permanent Opportunity.

Salary:

£30,000 - £32,000

Hours:

5 days a week

0800 - 1700

To assist the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety, quality and hygiene practices.

Summary of the role:

Completion of technical information for internal and external reports
Collect and prepare samples to sent for testing
Provide site technical team with information about adherence to compliance against required standards
Complete Audits
To Identify and communicate any deviations from the standards using audit and inspection of premises, practices, processes, raw materials and finished products against specified standard.
Conduct daily taste panels, record results and publish the results to wider teams

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 Training
Minimum of 3 years experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry
Ability to work on own initiative but also a team
Flexible and Reliable
