A Quality Coordinator is sought to enhance food safety, quality, and hygiene practices across company operations. The role involves supporting technical and interdepartmental functions to ensure the safety, quality, and legality of products and practices.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain technical information and databases accurately.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products against specifications.
  • Investigate customer complaints and audit production processes.
  • Conduct GMP, Fabrication, and Glass audits, and environmental control testing.
  • Manage sample databases, perform allergen testing, and conduct daily taste panels.
  • Support sample preparation for customers and departments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training.
  • Experience working in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office with excellent PC skills.
  • Strong understanding of microbiology and safety hazards.
  • Proactive, flexible, reliable, and able to effectively communicate and organise.
