Lynx Recruitment is working with a world-leading optical technology provider, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their innovative optical technology company in Ashford, specialising in medical and life science instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in medical device manufacturing
- Manage cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners
- Oversee process validation and regulatory compliance (ISO13485, FDA, MDR)
- Drive internal/external presentations and stakeholder management
- Monitor project financials and maintain detailed documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
- Project management certification (CPM, PMP, or Prince2) preferred
- Strong electronics and mechanics knowledge
- Experience with validation, verification, and technical documentation
- Proficiency in MS Project
- ERP systems experience
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
