A brilliant opportunity to lead the Ashford property management team, as a Property Management Manager. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to clients, help grow the business through fantastic word-of-mouth.
Skills and Abilities:
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of property managers, to oversee portfolio for the Ashford area
- Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team
- Coaching the team to achieve KSI's
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-coordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
