Skills and Abilities:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of property managers, to oversee portfolio for the Ashford area
  • Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KSI's
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-coordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
