The Role

Based between the Kent office and project sites across London and the South-East, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while benefiting from strong support and clear paths for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing subcontractor packages and relationships.
  • Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Conducting cost analysis, measurements, and project forecasts.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Working closely with project managers to optimise cost efficiency and project delivery.
  • Supporting the commercial team with regular reporting and budgeting.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and measure works.
