The Role
Based between the Kent office and project sites across London and the South-East, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while benefiting from strong support and clear paths for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractor packages and relationships.
- Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Conducting cost analysis, measurements, and project forecasts.
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Working closely with project managers to optimise cost efficiency and project delivery.
- Supporting the commercial team with regular reporting and budgeting.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and measure works.

- Proven experience in MEP quantity surveying, particularly within commercial fit-outs, education, or framework projects.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across multiple projects.
