What You'll Do
路Oversee cost control and contract management across projects.
路Prepare budgets, plans, estimates, and valuations.
路Conduct risk assessments and advise on cost-saving measures.
路Work with NEC contracts to manage subcontractor payments and agreements.
路Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
What We're Looking For
路Experienced QS with a background in heavy civil projects.
路Strong numeracy, IT, and negotiation skills.
路Knowledge of NEC contracts is essential.
路A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
路Must be eligible to work in the UK.
