About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be leading jobs valued up to 10m with a Main Contractor that has a turnover of over 30m. They are a well established Main Contractor that have been in the industry for over a century. You will have the chance to work on a range of projects but they predominately focus on the refurbishment of heritage buildings, residential, commercial and leisure sectors. You will be working between site and their office based in Caterham.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Handling subcontractor valuations and informing subcontractors of contract variations
  • Preparing financial documents and managing payments
  • Analysing the projects finances
  • Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors

Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • JCT traditional contract experience
  • Capable of leading 10m+ projects
  • Live within commutable distance from Caterham
