From engaging with potential buyers to negotiating offers and managing sales progression, you’ll be at the forefront of property sales, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads, manage applicant inquiries, and schedule viewings.
  • Conduct property viewings, encourage offers, and negotiate deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through consistent sales progression.
  • Prepare sales memos, perform AML checks, and ensure necessary documentation is complete.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including canvassing and touting for potential clients.
  • Grow the client portfolio and expand market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property sales regulations.
