Ideally you will have previous experience in a sales role where you have offered excellent customer service but need not necessarily have estate agency experience. Or equally you could have 6 months property experience looking for a more prestigious company.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers.
  • Generating and conducting viewings.
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties.
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers.
  • Preparing sales brochures.
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis.
  • Booking appointments and conducting viewings.

The skills required for the Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background.
  • Well spoken with good telephone manner.
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Target driven.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.
