As the Property Management Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business. This role offers a blend of leadership and hands-on management, perfect for someone looking to advance their career in property management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of property managers, conducting regular performance assessments.
  • Compliance: Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards and remains risk-averse.
  • Property Oversight: Manage property inspections, tenancy renewals, and maintenance issues.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Operational Tasks: Oversee deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in property management within residential lettings.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to create a positive team environment and develop team members.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle is required.

Benefits:

  • Earnings: Up to £49,925 OTE with commission.
  • £28,500 to £39,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission
  • A further £3,725 uncapped commission target
  • £39,425 up to £49,925 complete on-target earnings
  • Company Car that can also be used for personal use, or a monthly Car Allowance*
  • Company Car: Provided, with the option for personal use, or a monthly car allowance.
