Audit Compliance Officer

Monday to Friday 35 hours per week

My client is a well-established B2Bbusiness who operate as the leading global work at height trade association. They are seeking a candidate with exceptional attention to detail who has previous experience managing auditors and their services. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Duties include:

  • Oversee and guide a team of auditors, ensuring that audits comply with company guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality and performance within the audit team
  • Track and assess the performance of the audit team
  • Reviewing audit reports for quality and provide clear feedback to auditors
  • Draft, review and revise documents and procedures
  • Resolving any audit related queries

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Strong experience in a lead auditing role
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex technical standards and reports.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to assess data effectively
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with risk assessment processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of ISO 19011 standards, with experience in ISO 17024 and ISO 17021
