Damp & Mould Case Manager

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Damp & Mould Case Manager.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload and holding a substantial influence within the Property Services Team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and share your skills.

• Be the lead for the management of all damp and mould cases, applying a customer focused service and ensuring all cases are structurally managed to completion.
• Develop and guide the new team to ensure a high standard delivery of core services.
• Managedamp and mould surveyors.
• Embrace a zero tolerance to D&M and ensure that the outputs align with legislative standards.
• Be aware of new guidance and or legislation and adapting processes to ensure we meet the statutory obligations and ensure customers feel safe in their homes.
• Identify trends in D&M occurrences and focus on permanent solutions prevent re-occurrence.
• Work closely with Housing Team to ensure that issues are managed collectively in resolving and dealing with customer issues.
• Responsible to the Head of Servicefor the achievement of key performance targets, the provision of monitoring reports and action plans in line with objectives.
