Salary: Up to 108,000 + Bonus + Company Car Allowance
Home-Based Role with Nationwide Travel Across the UK South
We are a leading distributor of high-quality electronics for OEMs across various sectors. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new business opportunities throughout the UK South. This is a home-based role, offering the flexibility to work remotely while traveling across the UK South to build and expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronics sector across the UK South.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with decision-makers in OEMs, end-users, and key industry stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, driving growth and market share.
- Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to offer innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and support for customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, within the electronics or related industries.
- Strong understanding of OEM requirements and key market sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home, but also collaborate as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel nationwide across the UK South as needed.
