As a Support Worker, you will be working within our specialized supported living service providing tailored care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.


Your work will help individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life!


Key Responsibilitiesfor Support Worker:

  • Assist clients with personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, and toileting).
  • Support clients with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Help clients participate in social and recreational activities, both in the home and in the community.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Follow care plans, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Assist in administering medication and monitor health conditions, where necessary.
  • Record and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements for Support Worker:

  • Must have experience working with Mental Health / Autism / Challenging Behaviours
  • A caring, compassionate, and patient attitude.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' individual needs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A valid driving license is desirable but not required.
