- Identify staffing resource gaps and manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of relief workers.
- Collaborate with mangers to scrutinise rotas to ensure optimum resourcing levels, where necessary challenging any over-provisioning in support of effective budget management.
- Build and strengthen the roster of workers to ensure coverage across all services.
- Work closely with external agencies to arrange emergency cover as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date digital records of staff training and ensure continuous professional development.
- Manage reports and spreadsheets to maintain oversight of operational needs.
- Previous experience in relief coordination, scheduling, or a related support services role.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
