Package for the Residential Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

• 52,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week

• Good rated CQC home

Residential Home Manager requirements:

• Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
• Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Careis essential
• Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
