Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Buddy to join a school in Ashford. This role involves supporting students who face challenges with behavior, helping them to develop positive strategies, and promoting a constructive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement behaviour plans.
  • Monitor, record, and report on behaviours.
  • Assist in de-escalating crises and managing challenging behaviours.
  • Collaborate with staff on behaviour strategies.
  • Encourage positive social skills and behaviours.
  • Maintain confidentiality and participate in training.
