We are searching for a Registered Nurse to join an award-winning adult community complex care provider in Kent. In this Community Complex Care Nurse role you will have the opportunity to provide care in a community setting on wide variety of complex care packages. You will be joining a highly-regarded, award-winning service that is tailored to ensure they provide the highest standards of clinical care.

To give you an idea of how this Community Complex Care Nurse role would look, here are a few areas you can expect to work in:
  • Provide the highest standard of patient care
  • Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the service manager and the wider MDT
  • Update patient care plans
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families
