Home based Supervising Social Worker
salary up to 43,000 per annum
NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Kent area, in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
This is a home based role offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of about 10 foster carers located around North Kent / South Essex area.
The role is just to provide support and supervision to the foster carers, so you will not have to complete any Form F Assessments on top.
In this role, you will be joining an Independent Fostering Agency that specialises in supporting children with complex medical needs and disabilities.
You will be part of a very supportive environment where there is a very strong family feel. They use a very easy system which means there will be a lot less paperwork for you.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering. Additional experience in working with children with disabilities would be ideal, but not essential. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
