We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant educational team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing support and facilitating the educational and social development of students.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons.
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor progress and implement individual education plans.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage students' confidence and independence.
- Manage any specific needs or behavioural challenges with sensitivity and resilience.
- Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the educational needs of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
