Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our trusted network of schools in and around the Ashford area. Work across a range of settings, providing essential support to students with diverse needs, including SEMH, ADHD, autism, and speech and language impairments. As a SEN Teaching Assistant your assistance is essential to support these students in overcoming barriers to learning, helping them to achieve personal milestones and unlock their potential for future growth and achievement.

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in classroom support or minimum GCSE Maths & English C-grade. 
  • Experience working with SEN students, covering needs such as SEMH, ADHD, autism, or speech and language impairments.
  • Adaptability and patience to engage with students at varying developmental levels.
  • The ability to travel to different schools in the Ashford area (driving is advantageous for schools on the outskirts).
  • A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children with SEN.
