• ???�? Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
• �? Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages engagement and progress.
• ?? Support teachers with lesson delivery, adapting resources to meet the needs of individual students.
• ?? Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to implement personalised learning plans.
• ?? Encourage students’ social and emotional development, helping them to build confidence and independence.
• �? Monitor and report on student progress, assisting with assessments and feedback.

• �? Experience working with children or young people with SEN in a school or care setting is highly desirable.
• �? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and caring approach to supporting children.
• ?? A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
• ?? Ability to work well as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
• �? A willingness to undergo further training and professional development in SEN education.
