Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum with a focus on reading, writing, and maths.
- Engage students creatively and develop their enjoyment of learning.
- Tailor teaching to individual needs, supporting different learning styles.

- Celebrate British values, cultural diversity, equality, and difference.
- Prepare pupils for nationally recognized qualifications, including GCSEs.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a school as a Teacher/Unqualified Teacher/ Cover Teacher/HLTA
- Experience working with KS3 students.
- Strong commitment to improving student outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
- Passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
