The Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to join our team and work closely with experienced professionals in delivering tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • The delivery of lessons under the guidance of lead teachers
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions
  • Collaborating with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
Requirements
  • Teacher training: QTS/ QTLS/ BA degree/ PGCE
  • A genuine passion for working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic educational setting
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally
