Responsibilities

  • Planning and Delivering the highest quality of lessons accommodating for the varying needs and abilities of the pupils
  • Behaviour management
  • Supporting students to excel and reach their full potential
  • Classroom management
  • Support for students both verbal and non verbal - using PECS is hugely desirable
  • Leading the department and supporting the other Maths Teachers in the planning and direction of the faculty
