The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to join our team and work closely with experienced professionals in delivering tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- The delivery of lessons under the guidance of lead teachers
- Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions
- Collaborating with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
- Teacher training: QTS/ QTLS/ BA degree/ PGCE
- A genuine passion for working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic educational setting
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
