They would like to recruit a motivated and dedicated Retail Sales Person to join their thriving team near Ashford, Kent. Position Details:
- Location: Near Ashford, Kent. Due to the location of the office, which is not accessible via public transport, having your own transport and a valid driver's licence is essential.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
- Salary: £27,738 + commission pay
About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Person, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales growth in both retail and commercial sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Building strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
- Processing quotations and managing orders efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Handling various customer service and administrative tasks.
- Making and receiving calls.
- Contributing proactively to team goals and sales targets.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with resilience and persistence.
