They would like to recruit a motivated and dedicated Retail Sales Person to join their thriving team near Ashford, Kent. Position Details:

  • Location: Near Ashford, Kent. Due to the location of the office, which is not accessible via public transport, having your own transport and a valid driver's licence is essential.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
  • Salary: £27,738 + commission pay

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Person, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales growth in both retail and commercial sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Processing quotations and managing orders efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handling various customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Making and receiving calls.
  • Contributing proactively to team goals and sales targets.

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
