Job Title: Sports Coach (SEN)

Salary: £95 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-Time

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Sports Coach to work in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Ashford, where you will be making a real difference to students' lives. If you are passionate about sports and enjoy working with young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), this is the perfect opportunity for you!
About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will support the delivery of sports activities, ensuring inclusivity and engagement for students with various SEN. Your role will be to inspire students through physical activities, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and physical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support sports sessions for students with SEN, adapting activities as necessary.
- Encourage teamwork, resilience, and social skills through sports.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students to thrive.
- Work collaboratively with SEN staff to support students' physical and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Sports Coach, particularly in an SEN setting is preferred.
- A passion for working with young people and SEN students.
- Ability to modify sports activities to suit various needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A caring and patient approach to working with students.
