Description

Providing detailed cost estimates for property construction projects.
Managing Tenders upto 20 million
Evaluating tender documentation to ensure all bids are accurate and competitive.
Working closely with the construction team to develop and implement project strategies.
Managing and mitigating risks associated with project costs.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating procedures and practices.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Profile

A successful Senior Estimator should have:

A solid background in construction or property industry.
Proven experience in estimating or a similar role.
Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
