Are you ready to lead and transform supply chain operations across the UK and EMEA? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Supply Chain to take the helm and drive operational excellence, sustainability, and growth for a forward-thinking, multinational organisation.

About the Role:
As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee logistics, procurement, inventory, demand planning, and supplier relationships. Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in aligning supply chain strategies with overarching business goals and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the UK & EMEA regions.
  • Lead initiatives to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain robust supplier relationships across the region.
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with regional customs and trade regulations.

Inventory & Demand Planning

  • Drive accurate demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
  • Implement advanced tools and technologies to streamline planning.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
