An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Replenishment Officer to join a leading organisation's Supply Chain team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing stock levels, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

- Salary of 33,000 - 35,000 DOE
- 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Place replenishment orders for stock across multiple suppliers and sites.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure supply meets customer demand.
- Liaise closely with customer services to handle inquiries related to stock availability.
- Review and monitor purchase requisitions and supplier confirmations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support supply chain decision-making.
- Assist with order processing, delivery planning, and logistics coordination.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies related to purchasing.
- Support and cover elements of the Supply Chain Manager's role as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural supply chain regulations.
About You:
- Previous experience in a supply chain, procurement, or replenishment role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems (training provided if required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
