About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Replenishment Officer to join a leading organisation's Supply Chain team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing stock levels, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, this role will offer you the chance to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Salary of 33,000 - 35,000 DOE
  • 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays


Key Responsibilities:

  • Place replenishment orders for stock across multiple suppliers and sites.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure supply meets customer demand.
  • Liaise closely with customer services to handle inquiries related to stock availability.
  • Review and monitor purchase requisitions and supplier confirmations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support supply chain decision-making.
  • Assist with order processing, delivery planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies related to purchasing.
  • Support and cover elements of the Supply Chain Manager's role as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural supply chain regulations.


About You:

  • Previous experience in a supply chain, procurement, or replenishment role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems (training provided if required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
