Position Details:
- Type: Permanent Supply Chain Administrator
- Location: Near Ashford, your own transport is required due to the location of our client
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 (dependent on experience)

Your role:
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the Supply Chain department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teamwork: Build and maintain strong relationships within the department and the wider group.
- Communication: Deliver timely information and reports to the Supply Chain Manager and across the organisation.
- Strategic Contribution: Assist in meeting department objectives and ensuring timely ordering of stock to meet customer service levels.
- Analytical Skills: Ensure reports are accurate and issued promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place replenishment orders.
- Monitor supply shortages and ensure timely stock arrivals.
- Liaise with customer services to address inquiries.
- Review and monitor purchase requisitions and supplier confirmations.
- Create delivery plans for inter-company sites.
- Process 3rd party purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain a daily shortage list and monitor outstanding purchase orders in SAP.
- Cover for Transport and Logistics Planner as needed.
- Support Supply Chain Manager in production planning and inventory management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- SAP experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.
