What will you be doing?

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will help implement inventory control systems (inbound and outbound). You will manage product storage, inventory and packaging. As mentioned you will therefore comunciate directly with internal departments (commercial/forecasting), and external 3rd party providers (logistics) to ensure accuracy and timely movement of product.

There is aspects of managing import, customs and regulation around the movement of product into the UK from across the globe. As you know, this is complex and challenging, but done correctly, hugely satisfying.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience within Supply Chain/Inventory control within Food/Fresh Produce
  • Import experience - dealing with HMRC ideal, but liaising with shipping agents is absolutely fine as well.
  • Experience with ERP implementation and Microsoft Dynamics would be great, but not essential
  • Being good with analytics and understanding data is a must.
  • Must be able to build rapport and work closely with a multitude of individuals and departments.
