The Role:

As a Regional Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple landscaping contracts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Youll play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership and industry expertise will help drive success across a range of projects within South East Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across the South East Kent region.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with client specifications and expectations.
  • Lead and manage site teams, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contract performance, providing reports and updates to clients and senior management.
  • Manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient and effective use.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of landscaping or grounds maintenance operations.
  • Previous experience managing multiple contracts and leading teams.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • A good understanding of budgeting, reporting, and contract management.
  • Full UK driving license and the ability to travel across South East Kent.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.
