Plant Parts Service Advisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 4.30pm)

In this role you’ll be speaking to customers, assisting them with their parts needs and helping to arrange work for the engineers, ensuring you had ordered the correct parts/oils along with machine attachments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishing all customers’ needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriate.
- Arranging work for engineers, getting parts ready for them and learning how to order machine attachments.
- Answering the phone and assisting with queries.
- Helping and assisting in all aspects of the warehouse.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
- Assisting in stock checks.
- Maintaining a strong working relationship manufacturers.
- Discussing relevant promotions and offers to customers.
- Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
Your Background & Skill:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the trade.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Confident and professional.
