Motor Vehicle Technician

Our client, that specialises in Agricultural machinery as well as 4x4 vehicles, is seeking a qualified vehicle technician to join a small but growing service facility in Ashford. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, qualified to Level 3 IMI, ideally in the commercial pick-up market. In return, they are offering a salary up to 38,000, 30 days holiday a year (inclusive of bank holidays) and benefits such as private healthcare.

• Carry out scheduled service maintenance, fault-finding and diagnosis
• Complete pre-delivery inspections
• Promote dealership services to customers
• Service and repairs of ATV's
• Tyre replacements and wheel alignment
• Attend manufacturers' training courses
• Complete job stories using Ibcos service app
• Utilise laptop diagnostics and service systems
• Work alongside and communicate with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Maintain a high standard of workshop housekeeping
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices

• 3+ years experience on 44's working in a similar role
• Able to service and repair all brands of 4x4 but mainly Isuzu
• Level 3 in vehicle maintenance or equivalent

• Salary: 33,000- 38,000
• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
