- Provide holistic assessment, treatment, and support to individuals with complex needs related to drug and alcohol misuse.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative and evidence-based interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice within the service.
- Advocate for service users and promote their rights and well-being.
What you'll need:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
- Significant experience working within drug and alcohol services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
