What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our areas are clean, tidy, and safe for everyone. Your responsibilities will include:
- General Maintenance: Keep our facilities in top shape with ongoing upkeep.
- Grass Cutting: Maintain our outdoor spaces to keep them looking fresh and inviting.
- Joinery Tasks: Use your skills to assist with basic joinery projects as needed, fitting/fixing doors, fitting skirting boards
Working Hours:
- Full Time: 8:30 AM - 4 PM (May vary to 7:30 AM - 4 PM during summer months) �?
What We Offer:
- Hourly Rate: £12.60 - £13.00 ??
- Contract Type: Temporary - on going
What You Need:
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Basic DBS check required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
