Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreperson

Are you an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreperson? Do you have experience with finishing?

A housing site in Ashington iis seeking to employ a full time Assistant Site Manage or Finishing Foreman to start work immediately until christmas.

The right candidate will have vast experience in finishing work and snagging houses to a strong standard.

Role

  • Monday to friday
  • £21- £25 per hour CIS (PAYE also available)
  • ASAP
  • Finishes at Christmas

Job Description

  • Liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
  • Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend
  • Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
  • Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders
  • Conducting quality and safety inspections
  • Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards
  • Maintaining quality control checks
  • Coordinating teams
  • Reviewing houses with a snagging list and pushing on trades teams
  • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
  • Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
