Static Maintenance Engineer

My client is currently seeking a static maintenance engineer. You will be electrical or mechanically qualified, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Healthcare Maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing sockets and data points, fault finding back to fuse boards, fire alarm test's, emergency lighting, plant checks, ahu and fan coil maintenance, as well as escorting sub contractors and general paperwork.

Hours 8-4.30 Monday to Friday

Salary 35-37K plus call out, overtime and company benefits
