The role:
- To work alongside colleagues in achieving all production targets
- To update and record all production records as required
- To ensure health & safety measures are followed at all times
- To be aware of all company quality standards, to remove all defective items
- To assist in other production areas, if necessary, supporting colleagues and maintaining a great team working environment
- To inform management of any changes or issues regarding the production schedule
- To participate in training, pre-shift meetings, and quality audits
The person:
- Proven experience within a team based environment
- A team player with a pro-active approach to supporting colleagues
- Confident written & verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with quality checks
- Ability to achieve production targets
