As a Skilled Labourer in our Maintenance team, you will undertake a range of repair duties on our premises, both residential and commercial.
This role involves performing both planned and reactive maintenance assisting multiple trades, such as plumbing, joinery, painting, and general repairs.
The operative will diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and assist with repairs while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The operative is expected to work flexibly, adapt to varying workloads, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and service requirements.
Take a proactive role in the delivery of excellent customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience by contributing to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment for colleagues, residents and visitors.
