Randstad is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a CPN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Full time work available - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmResponsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
  • Advocate for the well-being of your patients

Qualifications:

  • Valid NMC pin
  • Nursing degree
  • Min. 6 months Experience working in the community
  • Specific experience with addictions and substance misuse essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to patient-centered care
