Project Manager - Permanent position - North East
My client is a reputable Yorkshire-based contractor with a strong track record in delivering new build projects up to £15m across the industrial, commercial and healthcare sectors
They are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver a c£10m new build care home in the North East
As the Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful completion of this project while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of project dynamics, to efficiently guide the scheme from inception through to final delivery
The ideal candidate will need;
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
- A solid track record of delivering projects into the millionsas the number 1 on site
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
