Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a part time Finance Assistant on a fixed term contract, working on behalf of a property business based in Ashington, Northumberland.
Working as part of the transactional finance team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager, duties will include however not be limited to;
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team
- Processing invoices on the purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Reporting
- Ensure the monies received are dealt with promptly and in accordance with Group Financial Regulations
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience working in a similar role (dealing with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
This is a part time role - 30 hours per week.
Fixed term contract until March 2025
£25,300 FTE salary
